connor is such a morally strong character and i love him so fucking much for that.

he doesn’t like the fighting. he doesn’t want to kill, but does so if nothing else works. and even then he feels bad for it. the only reason he killed the templars was because achilles told him there was no other way.

but GOD, he tried. he tried SO HARD and all he got was his trust betrayed and his heart broken.
